• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging due to hygiene standards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All fragrance batch numbers are recorded before dispatch. Returned items must match the original batch number, or the return will be declined.

We accept exchanges, subject to approval and stock availability.
Exchanges may be approved if:
The wrong item or variant was delivered
The item is defective
A size exchange is requested (for sneakers only)
Unworn outdoors
No creasing, dirt, marks, or odours
Original box, packaging, and tags included
Defective or incorrect item → EbeezBrandz covers courier costs
Size exchange (non-defective) → Customer covers courier costs
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If a defect is confirmed under the CPA, EbeezBrandz may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
If the issue is found to be caused after delivery, the return may be declined or courier costs charged to the customer.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and defect confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of returned goods
