At EbeezBrandz, we comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and are committed to a fair, transparent returns process. This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including fragrances and sneakers, within South Africa.

Returns Summary
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging due to hygiene standards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1. Return Window

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery for defective, and non defective items in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation of a defect.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging due to hygiene standards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

A return may be approved if:

  • The item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear proof is provided (photos or video)

  • The item is returned in its original condition, where applicable

To log a return request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect or issue

All approved returns are processed via courier (by mail). We do not accept in-store returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Fragrances – Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and contamination risks, fragrances are strictly non-returnable unless defective.

Fragrances may ONLY be returned if:
  • The bottle arrived damaged or leaking

  • The incorrect product was delivered

  • Clear proof is provided

  • The bottle is mostly full

  • Original packaging is included

Fragrances CANNOT be returned for:
  • Not liking the scent

  • Longevity or performance concerns

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Used, empty, or tampered bottles

  • Broken caps due to misuse

  • Missing or damaged packaging

Batch Number Verification

All fragrance batch numbers are recorded before dispatch. Returned items must match the original batch number, or the return will be declined.

  • Defective or incorrect item → EbeezBrandz covers courier costs

  • Damage after delivery or non-defective item → Return declined

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges, subject to approval and stock availability.

Exchanges may be approved if:

  • The wrong item or variant was delivered

  • The item is defective

  • A size exchange is requested (for sneakers only)

Sneaker Exchange Conditions
  • Unworn outdoors

  • No creasing, dirt, marks, or odours

  • Original box, packaging, and tags included

Courier Fees – Exchanges
  • Defective or incorrect item → EbeezBrandz covers courier costs

  • Size exchange (non-defective) → Customer covers courier costs

5. Inspection & CPA Compliance

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If a defect is confirmed under the CPA, EbeezBrandz may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

If the issue is found to be caused after delivery, the return may be declined or courier costs charged to the customer.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and defect confirmation.  Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of returned goods

  • Collections are arranged only for approved returns

  • Items must be securely packaged

  • Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection

8. Abuse of Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • Proof is not provided

  • Items show signs of misuse

  • The return window has expired

  • Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected
