Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, you are welcome to return it under the conditions below.

Incorrect product or size ordered
Wrong product or size delivered
Product is damaged upon arrival
Product does not match the description
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, including weekends.
Products must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Returns will be handled via The Courier Guy. Please send us your collection address to arrange pickup.
Return courier fees and re-delivery costs for exchanged items will be charged to the customer.
Only size exchanges are allowed. We do not accept exchanges for different colours or other items.
Exchange Process
Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and passed quality inspection.
You will be notified about the availability of the exchange size or the outcome of your refund request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or incorrect items, and only once we have received proof of the issue.
All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (e.g. card-to-card, cash-for-cash).
If the returned item is found to have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer, it will be sent back at your own cost.
Fragrances
A 7-day return policy applies only to damaged fragrances.
Important Notes
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on sale or clearance items.
